Comic book author and painter Brecht Evens was born in 1986 in Hasselt, Belgium. He studied illustration at Luca Arts in Ghent, and now lives in France. He both writes and draws his comic books, respectively The Wrong Place, The Making Of, Panther, The City of Belgium and The Jellyfish King, volume 1. He’s been given a handful of awards and expositions.
